Applications are Open.

The application process is pretty simple. This is intended to cut down on the time the moderator spends reviewing applications, as well as to simplify entry into the game. While applications are considered a process by which mods can determine if someone is truly invested in play, Dusk of the Gods has an overall format which requires regular activity, and has several measures in place to prevent the dreaded "character squatter".

Please fill out the provided form and submit it as a comment in the responses. As the application form is very straightforward and should require no revisions, applications will either be Accepted or Rejected.

If your application is rejected, please wait one month before applying again (as you would for a game with a normal application cycle) unless you are given other directions.

The application is really easy. You literally just have to follow instructions.

Applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours of submission. If 48 hours have passed and your application has not been reviewed, please reply to your application with a note reminding the mod to get on it.

Profile for your character: When Dick was a kid, he was part of a circus act called the Flying Graysons but then his parents DIED HORRIBLY in front of him... and in front of Billionaire Playboy Bruce Wayne who had similarly lost his parents as a young child. So Bruce took Dick in as his ward and gave him the super healthy outlet of dressing up in bright colors and kicking criminals in the face to help him cope with his loss. Somehow Dick still managed to grow up to be one of the most well-adjusted characters in the DCU?? It's probably all Alfred's doing. He eventually got his own team, the Teen Titans, got fired from being Robin, decided to be Nightwing instead, made more poor fashion choices, that involved, on separate occasions, disco collars and mullets, and finally ended up with the swank black and blue costume we know and love. He's an acrobat and turns fighting crime into an art. The master of puns and good quips. A big old flirt. The best ass in the DCU. The man who launched a thousand dick jokes. Everyone's big brother. That's Dick Grayson.

Why do you believe your character is an appropriate fit for this game? I will work slowly and patiently to gently ease Dick into the game. Even if it's a little tight, he'll fit right in eventually.

What would you like to do with your character in this game? My heart really wants him to be god of birds but he's a Big Damn Hero so he might go with god of agriculture instead. OR NOT BE A GOD. we just don't know. All I know for sure is he's going to snark at Jason.
