Application

Applications are Open.

The application process is pretty simple. This is intended to cut down on the time the moderator spends reviewing applications, as well as to simplify entry into the game. While applications are considered a process by which mods can determine if someone is truly invested in play, Dusk of the Gods has an overall format which requires regular activity, and has several measures in place to prevent the dreaded "character squatter".

Please fill out the provided form and submit it as a comment in the responses. As the application form is very straightforward and should require no revisions, applications will either be Accepted or Rejected.

If your application is rejected, please wait one month before applying again (as you would for a game with a normal application cycle) unless you are given other directions.

The application is really easy. You literally just have to follow instructions.

Applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours of submission. If 48 hours have passed and your application has not been reviewed, please reply to your application with a note reminding the mod to get on it.

Your Name: lynn
Contact Method: discordia: lynn#5096
Are you over 18? still old
Other characters: Eliot Waugh; Gabriel Boutin

Character's Name: Ignis Scientia

Character's Canon: Final Fantasy XV, aka the one where any rules for Latin go out the window.

Profile for your character: This was his Pines application, so it's considerably longer than you'd require, I think. It can definitely be skimmed for the essentials, though!

Writing Sample: Et voila.

Why do you believe your character is an appropriate fit for this game? Ignis excels at the Supportive Role, and he's used to doing it for a king. Ergo his presence/assistance would be a boon (ha, ha) to any god! Also, his canon is currently desolate and horrible; I'm interested in giving him the chance to interact with an environment that's sliiiiightly less awful. It'll be a new experience in adaptation re: visual impairment, one he'd feel much more comfortable having under his belt.

What would you like to do with your character in this game? See above, generally!

Do you understand the rules? Yes, and I promise to reread the FAQ several dozen more times dgsdhsf
