Applications are Open.

The application process is pretty simple. This is intended to cut down on the time the moderator spends reviewing applications, as well as to simplify entry into the game. While applications are considered a process by which mods can determine if someone is truly invested in play, Dusk of the Gods has an overall format which requires regular activity, and has several measures in place to prevent the dreaded "character squatter".

Please fill out the provided form and submit it as a comment in the responses. As the application form is very straightforward and should require no revisions, applications will either be Accepted or Rejected.

If your application is rejected, please wait one month before applying again (as you would for a game with a normal application cycle) unless you are given other directions.

The application is really easy. You literally just have to follow instructions.

Applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours of submission. If 48 hours have passed and your application has not been reviewed, please reply to your application with a note reminding the mod to get on it.

Profile for your character: Janey-E Jones lives in the suburbs of Las Vegas with her husband Dougie and child Sonny Jim. Dougie works at an insurance company, and until recently had a bad habit of gambling, getting into debt, and spending money on prostitutes. He's also had some weird catatonic episodes. Janey-E is the one who has kept the family together through all this, managing Dougie in his episodes, enduring his vices and infidelities, and trying to keep them all above water, and as a result she's got a bit of an attitude and absolutely no patience for fools. She is, nevertheless, a fiercely protective wife and mother. Really, nothing sums up Janey-E better than this scene. Tough dame, indeed.

Why do you believe your character is an appropriate fit for this game? Vernos Bay needs a god of life, and who better than a loud, bossy, pissed-off housewife who will cut you if you try to hurt her husband or son?

What would you like to do with your character in this game? I just want Janey-E to blow into the Temple of Life like a hurricane incarnated in a angry small blonde lady. She'll shout at everyone and terrorize her priests and worshippers. It'll be great.
